Smoke or odor appeared

Solution:

Smoke or odor will appear during first use, however, this condition will gradually alleviate with continued use.

If a “click” sound is heard while cooking, it is because the heating tube turns on and off while cooking.

Possible cause:
It is not a malfunction. The heater turns on and off to adjust the temperature.

Solution:
Please continue using.

Smoke comes out of the oven door while cooking.

Possible cause:
The steam generated by the boiler component or the moisture contained in bread may become steam and comes out of the oven door.

Solution:
Since the temperature of steam is high, please beware and do not let your hands or face get close to the steam.

The time displayed on the timer knob is different from the actual cooking time.

Possible cause:
The oven will control the temperature according to the environment (room temperature and humidity, etc.) around the oven or the temperature inside the oven. The time may be different, but it is not abnormal.

Solution:
Please continue using.

There are sizzling sounds when water is added.

Possible cause:
When the boiler tray is already in heated status (such as continuous baking, etc.), the tray will emit an evaporating sound when water is added; this will not affect the completion of baking.

Solution:
Place move the product to a flat floor or table top.

A “pounding!” sound comes out of the oven while cooking

Possible cause:
It is not a malfunction. This sound is cased by the expanding of metal due to heat energy.

Solution:
Please continue using.

Oven door cannot be closed.

Possible cause:
Is the baking pan, boiler cover and bread crumb tray installed properly?

Is the water inlet cover or object stuck between the oven and the oven door?

Solution:
Please remove the stuck objects.

There is water leaking from the bottom of the oven or the bread crumb tray.

Possible cause:
Is the oven tilted?

Solution:
Please place it in a stable place.

Possible cause:
Was too much water added

Solution:
Please make sure the chamber has cooled off and then drain the excess water.

Possible cause:
Was water added for modes that do not require steam?

Solution:
Please operate according to the instructions

Unable to bake slightly brown colors.

Possible cause:
Was an incorrect mode selected? Was the timer stopped while cooking?

Solution:
Under toast mode and cheese toast mode, the slight brown color baking is performed at the final stage of the timer. If operation was interrupted during the process, the slight brown color may not be obtained.

Possible cause:
Based on the voltage status of the outlet, the ambient temperature/ surrounding and the condition of the toast, the slight brown coloring status may vary.

Solution:
1.Coloring can be enhanced with process nine mode. 2.Please adjust the time the next time you cook to bake the slight brown color you prefer.

Possible cause:
Did the position of the food material deviate from the heating tube?

Solution:
Please place the food materials at the center of the oven.

Possible cause:
Is the inside of the oven dirty?

Solution:
Is the inside of the oven dirty? When the inside of the oven is dirty, it would be difficult to obtain slight brown colors. Please clean and maintain the product regularly

Does not generate steam.

Possible cause:
Did the inside of the oven heat up?

Solution:
When this oven is used continuously, because the inside of the oven is in a high-temperature state, condensation may not occur, and steam could not be seen. However, this is not abnormal.

Possible cause:
Is there water in the boiler tray?

Solution:
Please make sure the chamber has cooled off, and then check the boiler tray.

Possible cause:
Was it used under a mode that do not require steam?

Solution:
Steam will not be generated under these modes.

There is moisture remaining in the boiler tray

Possible cause:
Was more than 5cc of water added? Was the operation time shorter?

Solution:
If more than 5cc of water is added, the water may not boil completely, which causes residue.

Possible cause:
Was it used under a mode that do not require steam?

Solution:
The boiler tray will not operate under these modes, therefore moisture will remain even if water is added.

The heating tube is dirty.

Solution:

Please do not wipe the heating tube. Due to the features of the material, it may be difficult to remote the dirt attached on the heating tube completely. However, it will become less noticeable with continued use
