By completing the member registration process of Acerpure or beginning to use this Service, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms, and fully accept the items and contents of this Service. Acerpure reserves the right to modify or change the content of these Terms at any time. The modified terms will be published on the website. Acerpure will not notify members individually; it is recommended that members pay attention to such modifications or changes at any time. If a member continues to use this Service after any modifications or changes, it shall be deemed that the member has read, understood, and agreed to accept such modifications or changes. If you do not agree to the aforementioned service term revision or update methods, or do not accept any of the provisions of these Terms, you should immediately stop using this Service. If you are a minor, you may register as a member, use, or continue to use this Service only after your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms and any subsequent modifications or changes. When a member uses or continues to use this Service, it is presumed that the member's parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms and any subsequent modifications or changes. The member and Acerpure both agree to use electronic documents as the means of expression for all content including declarations of intent related to the use of this Service.

Member Registration Obligations:

In order to use this Service, the member agrees to the following: provide accurate and current information about yourself as prompted by the service registration form, and you shall not register as a member in the name of a third party. Each member may only register one account and may not register repeatedly. Maintain and update your personal information promptly to ensure its accuracy in order to obtain the best service. If a member provides any wrong or untrue information, fails to provide information as instructed, lacks necessary information, or registers duplicate accounts, Acerpure reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's account without prior notice and refuse the member's use of all or part of this Service.

Acerpure Privacy Policy:

We attach great importance to the privacy of our members. In our "Privacy Statement" on this Website, we will explain in detail our protection and related measures for privacy. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, process, and use information regarding your account and/or your use of this Service.

Member Account, Password, and Security:

1. After completing the registration process for this Service, the member will obtain a specific password and member account. Maintaining the confidentiality and security of the password and account is the responsibility of the member. Any input of the member account and password consistent with the registered login data, whether or not entered by the member personally, will be presumed to be used by the member themselves. The member shall be fully responsible for all actions taken using this password and account. 2. The member agrees to the following: When your password or account is stolen or any other security problem occurs, the member should notify Acerpure immediately. After each session, you should log out to end the use of your member account. Your account, password, and member rights are for your personal use and enjoyment only and may not be lent, transferred to others, or shared with others. In cases where the account and password are stolen, misused, or in other situations where Acerpure cannot identify whether it is used by the person personally, Acerpure shall not be held responsible for the resulting damages, unless it is proven that the cause is attributable to Acerpure. If Acerpure becomes aware that a member's account and password have indeed been impersonated by others, it will immediately suspend the use of that account (including the processing of transactions arising from that account). When a member agrees to use an account allowed by this Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Linked Account") to log in and use this Service, the password for that Linked Account is processed by the third-party website; Acerpure will not have access to that password, and each Linked Account can only be bound to one Acerpure member account for login, and it cannot be modified after the initial binding. As far as Acerpure is concerned, when logging into and using this Service via a Linked Account and password, the logged-in Linked Account represents the member personally. Any behavior of the member using this Service will be deemed as the member's own behavior and must comply with these Terms and other policies/explanations/measures disclosed on this Website. The member must properly set, maintain, and safeguard their own Linked Account and password, including but not limited to logging out of this Service's website and simultaneously logging out of the Linked Account when finished using this Service. If a member leaks their personal information, password, or payment information, and allows a third party the opportunity to use it, the member must be fully responsible for the third party's behavior. Acerpure may suspend or terminate the provision of this measure of logging into this Service using a Linked Account at any time.

However, Acerpure has the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of this Service in the following situations: when the electronic communication equipment of the Acerpure website is undergoing necessary maintenance and construction; when a sudden failure of electronic communication equipment occurs; when the electronic communication service applied for by the Acerpure website is suspended and cannot provide service; due to force majeure such as natural disasters or other factors not attributable to Acerpure that cause the website to be unable to provide service.

If a member wishes to quote or reproduce the aforementioned software, programs, or website content, they must obtain prior written consent from Acerpure or the other rights holders in accordance with the law. Respecting intellectual property rights is a duty of the members; in the event of any violation, the member shall be liable to Acerpure for damages (including, but not limited to, litigation costs and attorney fees). 2. In accordance with the principle of respecting the intellectual property rights of others, members agree not to engage in any acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others when using Acerpure's services. 3. If a member is involved in any infringement, Acerpure may suspend all or part of the services, or unilaterally handle the matter by canceling the member's account. 4. If you discover any infringement of intellectual property rights, please provide the details of the infringement and your contact information, along with a truthful statement and proof of legitimate intellectual property ownership, and contact Acerpure via the following method: Email to: service@acerpure.com

Member's Authorization to Acerpure:

For data uploaded, transmitted, input, or provided by members, the member agrees that the Acerpure website may collect, process, store, transmit, and use such data within a reasonable scope to provide users with other information or services, to create member statistics, to conduct surveys or research on online behavior, or for any other legal use. If a member does not have the legal right to authorize others to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, or publicly display certain data, and to sub-license the aforementioned rights to third parties, please do not upload, transmit, input, or provide such data to Acerpure without authorization. Once any data is uploaded, transmitted, input, or provided by a member to Acerpure, it shall be deemed that the member has unconditionally permitted Acerpure to use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, and publicly display such data, and to sub-license the aforementioned rights to others, and the member shall have no objection to this. The member shall guarantee that Acerpure's use, modification, reproduction, public broadcasting, adaptation, distribution, publication, display, or sub-licensing of such data will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party; otherwise, the member shall be liable to Acerpure for damages (including, but not limited to, litigation costs and attorney fees).
