Acerpure India CE Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us”) aims to provide you (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) with a hassle-free shopping experience. In furtherance to such endeavor, We have introduced the 100 DAYS: USE IT, LOVE IT OR RETURN IT! Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme”) for the Amrit Water Purifiers.
These Terms & Conditions of the Scheme (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set out the policy and procedure of such Scheme and criteria for any Customer to seek benefit thereof:
A. Acerpure Product: The Scheme is applicable only for Customers who purchase any model of Acerpure Amrit series of Domestic Water Purifiers (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicable Product”) online from either Flipkart.com or Amazon.com (hereinafter referred to as the “eCommerce Platform”).
B. Scheme Duration: The Scheme is valid for Applicable Product purchased from eCommerce Platform only between August 14th 2024 and August 31st 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Scheme Duration”).
C. Calculation of 100 Days’ Usage Period: The hundred (100) days’ usage period for the Applicable Product shall commence from the date of purchase of Applicable Product as evidenced from the eCommerce Platform Tax Invoice.
D. Minimum Usage Period: A Customer has the right to request for return of the Applicable Product after at least eighty (80) days of usage and within hundred (100) days’ usage period from the date of purchase of Applicable Product as evidenced from the eCommerce Platform Tax Invoice (hereinafter referred to as the “Return Period”).
E. Refund Amount: In case of an acceptable case of return of Applicable Product, We shall refund the Customer the amount paid by her/him for purchase of the Applicable Product as evidenced from the eCommerce Platform Tax Invoice (hereinafter referred to as the “Refund Amount”).
F. Return Process: A Customer can return the Applicable Product within the Return Period by opting for the following process:
a) The Customer will have to register a ticket on Acerpure Helpline No.
b) A Service Technician will be deputed to safely uninstall the Applicable Product and collect the same with all its accessories and pack it in its original packaging material like brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty card, original accessories in manufacturer packaging, etc.
c) The Service Technician in its sole discretion verify if: (i) the defects and damages in the Applicable Product or inaccuracy claimed in such Applicable Product is acceptable by Us; or, (ii) such defects, damages or inaccuracy is due to our fault, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the return request.
d) The Service Technician may have to click images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Applicable Product received and/or schedule another call or visit to assess the damage, defect in the Applicable Product.
e) We will validate the Applicable Product. Further to the assessment of damage or the concern reported in the return request, We may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as We may deem fit.
f) If the return process if approved, then an e-mail confirmation will be provided by Us basis which the Service Technician will refund the Refund Amount to the Customer.
G. Rejection of Refund: If a customer initiates return of the Applicable Product within the Return Period, then the refund of amount payable to such Customer will be denied if:
a) The Customer is not able to establish proof of purchase as evidenced from the eCommerce Platform Tax Invoice.
b) The Applicable Product is physically damaged, including due to improper use or unauthorized/incorrect installation, or any modification or change to the Applicable Product by the Customer or a third party, or for other reasons. Any decision by Us in this regard shall be final and binding on the Customer. c) The Applicable Product is not in working condition.
d) Any parts, components or accessories of the Applicable Product are missing or replaced.
e) The Customer has not returned the Applicable Product along with its original packaging material like brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty card, original accessories in manufacturer packaging, etc. for successful return. No return will be acceptable by Us if such return of Applicable Product has been initiated after expiry of the Return Period. Accordingly, any request for Refund Amount shall be rejected
