Marketing Promotion Activities Personal Data Statement
- 1. Acerpure Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") conducts marketing promotion activities for products it sells, including but not limited to air purifiers and related products (hereinafter "the Company's Products"). During marketing promotion activities — including but not limited to informing you of promotions and special offers, new product announcements, event notifications, prize pickup notifications, partner event information, and customer opinion surveys (hereinafter "the collection purpose") — the Company will collect data that can directly or indirectly identify you.
- 2. The Company will retain and, when necessary, use the personal data you provide from the time you contact the Company by any means (including but not limited to filling out forms on the Company's marketing promotion activity webpages) until you request the Company to delete your personal data. The Company's use of your personal data is limited to the Taiwan region.
- 3. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may make the following claims or requests to the Company regarding your personal data: (1) Inquiry or request to access (the Company may charge a fee). (2) Request for a copy (the Company may charge a fee). (3) Request for supplementation or correction. (4) Request to cease collection, processing, and use. (5) Request for deletion.
- 4. If the contact information you provide includes a third party's personal data, you confirm that the third party is aware of the rights set forth in Article 3 of this statement, and you warrant that you have obtained the third party's consent authorizing the Company to use the third party's personal data for the collection purpose set forth in Article 1 of this statement.
- 5. If you do not provide, request to cease collection, processing, use, or request deletion of your personal data, the Company will be unable to contact you regarding marketing promotion matters, create records for your future reference, provide you with the latest marketing promotion information, or conduct customer satisfaction surveys. The Company shall not be liable for any resulting impact on your rights.
- 6. If the personal data you provide is reported or discovered by the Company to be insufficient to confirm your identity, or if there is any personal data misuse, theft, or falsification, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend services provided to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
