Acer Care emphasizes the importance of communication and has developed 6 communication channels as follows:

1. Direct contact at Acer Care service centers, 10 locations nationwide. Check the Acer Service Center addresses.
2. By phone — 0-2825-9600 for product details, promotions, product and parts pricing, purchase locations, repair/claim status, and general non-technical information; 0-2825-9645 for technical consultation and onsite service requests.
3. By fax at 0-2825-9601.
4. By email — ath.dealersupport@acer.com (inquiries and repair requests, authorized service centers and dealers); ath.sparepartorder@acer.com (spare parts ordering); ath.contactus@acer.com (general customers); ath.onsite@acer.com (onsite service requests, organizations/agencies with onsite service contracts).
5. e-service — Corporate customers can communicate via the company CRM system. Login and Password are provided, with 24-hour access to request services and check repair status online at any time.
6. Service at standard service centers authorized by Acer — AASC (Acer Authorized Service Center); AASD (Acer Authorized Service Drop Point).
