Product does not turn on

Possible cause:

Is the power plug plugged in the outlet properly?

Solution:

Please plug the power plug of this product in the outlet correctly.


Buttons of the control panel have no responses
Possible Reason
Is the child lock function enabled?

Solution
Please press and hold down the purifier speed button for 3 seconds to disable the lock function.
Red light keeps being displayed for the indoor air and cannot be purified

Possible Reason
Is there excessive dust or harmful allergens accumulated on the filter?
Solution

Please clean the filter of the purifier properly, or replace the filter directly.


Possible Reason

Are there other sundries around the product?

Solution

Please remove the sundries around the product.


Possible Reason

Is the product placed in a corner?

Solution

Please move the product and place it elsewhere.


Possible Reason

Is the product placed and used at a location that is too open or wide?

Solution

Please place the product in a suitable indoor space for use, and avoid placing it next to a ventilated window.

Please ventilate the room first and then use this product.

Place move the product to a flat floor or table top.
